It's just a windows default app, how come you can't play it? I mean, what you were doing when the internet is down, or you hadn't have any internet at all? I've learned how to play it when i was able to take a look at online games like https://muonline.us or WoW only in magazines, as i had no internet at all. Strange to recollect this tho.
