You can your username in your account details.
Please note that you can only change it once a month, and after changing your username it'll have to be approved before your name will actually change on the forums.

Finally did a decent copy of my Minecraft head of my skin. If you want the skull/diamond helmet thingy for Bedrock Edition, (I think its official name is "Diamond Skullcap"), it comes with the large Lego Minecraft Skeleton Set.
