How can i unban my account?

My account with the name "JuanDBX" was banned for the reason of fly hacks. I dont know why my account was banned if i dont use hacks. I want to know how can i unban my account because when i go to the appeals section, i write my name and after that, nothing more happens. PLS HELP ME I love this server

If you made an appeal and you didnt get an answer back from them with in 1 or 2 weeks, its most likely denied.

If nothing happened after you clicked on ''Start Appeal -->'' you probably changed your Minecraft username.
