Hey Cubecraft, I suppose that you confused the Skywars and Team Skywars kits.
Well, in Skywars there are kits that have always been, but in Team Skywars not.
In Team Skywars it doesn't appear the Hulk or the Healer kit, only appears the Skywars kits.

Hulk has been removed due to many complaints about it. Many players said it was too OP.
I never used the healer kit so I can't judge on that but it's most likely removed because of a good reason.
