Im also having this problem. Idk what it is, but hopefully is fixed soon
Looks like a website bug. Have you tried restarting your browser or your device? I'd also recommend you to delete your cache (cookies and stuff) in your browser settings. If that doesn't work, please report the bug over here: https://www.cubecraft.net/forums/suggestions/.

Bedrock players can’t report website bugs without these kinds of exceptions. They need a reports account, which you can only have access to if you’re on Java, this should really be fixed.
