No.

What's your 1.9 FPS? What's your 1.8 FPS? What's your 15w38a FPS?

Around 20FPS 1.9 (with optifine, Ik that is a bit more laggy but they fixed it in 1.9.2) and 30Fps (in game with Optifine) 50-100 in lobby (with optifine).

Thanks to everyone that is helping me.

EDIT: Last time I saw I was running 1.9 at 20FPS but now I started minecraft again and I was playing with less lag so I checked FPS and I was playing with 60FPS.

@Kick12 Try to right click it, then go to open with, then see if there is an option, Java(TM) Platform SE Binary. If that option is not there, click choose another app. Then navigate to wherever your java folder is, probably in your program x86 folder, then jre, then to the application that says just java. If that is not there try to download it from here: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk8-downloads-2133151.html
