Hello there, ratael2! If you're not muted by Cubecraft then you're most likely shadow muted by Microsoft. The only way to get rid of this type of punishment is by saying nice things in chat. Also, keep in mind that spamming things in chat (such as the alphabet or numbers) will not result in your shadow mute being removed. However, this post should be moved to support. Hope this helps!
A large percentage of Bedrock players are shadow muted by CubeCraft or Microsoft. This is most likely due to them spamming something toxic.
