Help Rank emerald in the forums

Hello, I would like help for some staff or experienced person to tell me how I can do to see that I'm Emerald in the forum I have proofs i am emerald i have a diferent nick in the forum than in minecraft

That alone I did that I saw my nick of truth in the forum, not see my emerald rank
