Help please

I bought the egg wars rank and it says I received 750 vip points but I only received 450 vip points so I would like to get that and something additional like some extra points or some thing in the loot category. Thank you- mcpe ign Britten2007

Can you take a screenshot in game to prove you didn’t receive the experience? I think what happened is that you received the experience, leveled up your VIP rank and then now have 450 going towards VIP level 2. It’s an honest mistake and I hope that I helped!
