HELP ME EMAIL WITH NO REPLY

    i sent an email to the email used for help and support and it has been over 48 hours and i have got no reply. I've been patient and i want my rank. what is up with this.

    I've been waiting! i want my rank, I've been waiting weeks for this and then this happens. i get the message but its no help. they send me exactly where the support for payment wall is, and its just a circle no improvement and the payment option stays blocked

    i don't understand why its blocked, like i did nothing to receive this. it has delayed my rank for days now and its making my cube craft playing less and less fun

    Hold up. You say that your paymentwall is blocked? That is due to their security so all you need to do is to send them proof that you own the card and your port id or something that show your name and address etc.

    If you only sent them the details within the last 72 hours then you'll need to wait to 72 hours after sending it. I'm sure they'll be efficient enough to help you out.

    So I assume you sent this 2 days ago.
    Then you say this the same day.
    Be patient, they get tens of emails like this every day considering some of them are fake.
    Any evidence of purchase would speed up the process.
