Help. How do you play Egg Wars in Minecraft

My kids want to play Egg Wars in Minecraft. I have no clue as to how to set this up? I can't find any help when searching on Google, but I am probably asking the wrong thing.

We have a Windows 7 PC with Minecraft running on it and an iPad with Minecraft pocket edition.

How do I get Egg Wars to run on PC and or iPad?
Do I need to set up a server in Minecraft?
How do I do that?

To play eggwars, you must have Minecraft on PC: and then press "add server", and type the IP as "play.ccgn.co". Then, when connected, you press the compass (first thing in your inventory), and press the dragon egg. Then, there are signs to the left and right of you when you spawn, and when pressed, you will be teleported to a custom made map for the gamemode. Then, you can choose kits and teams to your advantage, hope this helped! This can be locked
