Dos cosas importantes que debes necesitar obligatoriamente para ser Moderador: Saber hablar y escribir inglés fluidamente y ser activo en el foro, pero por lo que veo tú no lo eres :/

Y como dijo @FocusPlays tú puedes solicitar ser Helper (luego asciendes a Moderador) en ese link.
