Yesterday I reported 2 hackers. After a while they were closed and they weren't banned. But in the video you cleary saw them hacking.
What do you think about it?

Not enough evidence. But IMO this was enough evidence.

You cannot see who closed your report. Only if he's banned.

The first one I can see them hacking.

The second one, for someone to be banned for teaming, which I suppose was your main purpose, we generally leave a 20 second gap after warning before engaging in any fight, as it might take some time for them to realise.

I do see fouadminer hacking though. ;P

I tried to get them both banned. But if you need to give them 20 seconds to realise to split up, that's quite a lot of time IMO.

That is the point, and makes the evidence more concrete as you've given them ample time to split up or kill each other.
