So today I saw a hacker who was flying. This was during PVP. Her or his name is Crossfire323. I saw he was banned on CubeCraft but he came back ... ??

Exactly, and if you don't know, this is how the ban system works:
First ban = 1 month
Second ban = Permanent
:P

Next time when you make a report don't use screenshots for hacker reports. They are very easy to photoshop. Try to get a recording software I suggest fraps.
