I forgot something! Sometimes someone screams "hacker" in chat. It can be helpful if it is true.. Then I know who I should look out for! This is just what I think..

Ok, I would like to edit my previous suggestion about the Spec Chat. Maybe 30 seconds after the person dies, they are then put into the spec chat. Also, this will help prevent swearing (RAGING) after being killed. Here is an example. Ignore the messages. it was under "funny moments" in the website I found it

The way I've implemented group chat on other servers is you send invites to people first, and then they may choose to accept the group chat invite, or not. Group chats each have a name, so you can use /msg using a group chat name as opposed to a player name.
I might port my chat plugin to run standalone soon, which allows for several chat channels, linking to IRC chat, scheduled messages, broadcasting, etc, and if so, I'll pass it through Luke and see if he's okay with me implementing it here.
