Cubecraft has some issues again and the only thing they can say is "We're trying to fix it. Please be patient"

Its a known bug. Be patient while it is fixed

What do you know by "known bug", that its a new thing, but developers have got the report and is working on a patch? Or do you mean "known bug" like a thing developers have known for a looooong time and it only happens to some people...

Its a bug that has been happening for a couple of weeks now. They have been working on a patch for the whole time but have had issues along the way
