[Forums] Cooldown

I know that the cooldown is ONE MINUTE to avoid people spamming the forum, but I feel that ONE MINUTE is too much time to wait. I think 20-30 seconds seems like an appropriate length of time.

1 minute is perfectly fine, if you're replying to posts every 15-30sec, 99% of the times are spams.

Before the higher cooldown, the forums was literally spammed by bots. This way is completely fine, trust me. :P

It isn't pointless! You can suggest pretty much anything you want - we're just giving some constructive criticism :P
