Its not a bug, it votes for the mostly voted mode, but if there is a vote for each of the modes, it will just randomize

anyways it doesn't always chose the most voted for option
if something let's say OP mode is voted for than it will have a 100% chance of being that
but if someone else came and voted normal than each have a 50% chance
now let's say someone else came in and voted OP, than OP now has a 75% chance of being voted for while normal has a 25% chance
that is the system on how voting works
Also the suggestion is well
not at all related to what is being voted for but it is related to when those are being voted for
CommunistCactus is saying that they shouldn't allow players to vote for something when there is about 1 or 2 seconds left
because each mode can depend on what kit you decide to use, for example let's say it is OP and you want to use money bags, so OP is the only thing voted for with 1 vote and you have chosen the kit
than with 2 seconds left someone votes for hardcore and it ends up being hardcore
chances are in hardcore you don't want a kit like this which gives you 10 iron
For the zillionth time, prevent this form happening. It's like 1 line of code.

The difference being that the skywars update wasn't only 1 line of code that's literally already implemented in multiple gamemodes. I don't know what you are trying to defend or why.

Me and Rigel troll hardcore everyday. I choose the gapple kit always so it really doeant matter to me
All they need to do now is lock it for the chests and eggwars gamemodes as well.
