Find friend and parties

Hey, I think we should be able to find out what server our friends are on with something like /friends find. On some servers I've played I can do /find <name> but I don't have permission here.

Also, I think there should be a party feature which forces all members of the party into the same game.

There used to be that command, but it was removed.
