Web Filter prefixes size

Maybe I'm just blind, but on the desktop version of the forums its kinda difficult to see the prefixes on the filter section. The quality is low and blends in with the background.

I have a few suggestions to maybe fix this.
- Make the colours more visible
- Adjust size
- Remove the backgrounds
