All Networks FAQ Bot

To start things off, this is my first thread so if you feel there is anyway I could improve this or you want to add something to this feel free to reply below.​

So I was thinking and usually, some FAQ messages are there when the player is playing and come randomly. The problem with this is that when a player wants to know something specific or something that passed and could not remember, they have to wait until it appears. Eventually some players just get tired and do not know the answer. This can include reports.

I am proposing to add a FAQ Bot, in which would be in a noticeable spot, that has the questions and answers to frequently asked questions. It could have a menu and/or can also be an item.

This can solve:

• Player waiting
• Searching through chat to find something
• People not reporting due to them just not knowing where to report.

This idea may improve reports, and other players experience, messages can still be kept but the bot being in the lobby or lobby of some game could help a lot.

I honestly like the idea of a bot that gives quick solutions to FAQ's, but isn't that was the help page is for?
You can basically search for all the questions you can have on that page, so to add a bot for it would just be a little too much honestly.

In other words, great idea, but it's not really necessary in my opinion.

I can understand the idea but like @TijmenDeEngeMan mentioned, it's not really necessary when we have the help page.

However, what could be useful (alongside with your idea) is an automated text or in your case, a bot / item or command that directs you to the help page. (please, correct me if we already have this in-game)

I could understand that if you're looking for an answer(s) on your question(s) and not familiar with the help page that it's kinda confusing or annoying when you don't find your answer(s).
