Resolved False banned by sentinel

hey, i got false banend by sentinel around 6 mothns ago when i was in duels. i think it was becuase the enemy was behind me, so i turned around realy quick and hitted him. after that i got an instant kick. and when i triend to rejoin it said a permantent ban. i did an appeal right away but it got denied. Can someone help me ?

If your Sentinel appeal was denied, you can rediscuss your ban by sending an e-mail to sentinelteam@cubecraft.net. Make sure to include your Minecraft username and a new appeal.
