False ban

I was banned on September 2th in game for hacks. But I absolutely do not have hacks! I bought Diamond rank that day! Why would I hack with a rank of a value of € 60?? I hope this is a false ban! I'm literally crying... A friend of mine (aComboHumon) just experienced the same problem. And he has Obsidian rank! So please tell me this is a false ban! Please unban me, I do not think this is fair...

He has to give an as detailed description of what he was doing before he got banned and wich mods he was using if he was using any mods. If his appeal gets denied, he also had to do the things I described above ^.
