Eh, maybe 1:1, but you can buy 80 zombie spawners for the price of one pigman spawner. If you're super late game and have tons of coins to blow sure, but if you're not there, zombies are easiest.

Not sure on the exact numbers behind it, but the best bang for your buck is getting a number of zombie spawners to lvl 30 and then dropping them about 75 blocks for 1-hit kills.
