End crystal bug and teleportation bug

When I leave a dimension and I'm under a pile of blocks, when I come back it teleports me on the top of the pile. This is very frustrating with very high towers where I can't get off without dying. Please fix this.
Also today I encountered a new bug.
My skyblock menu doesn't work anymore, it turned into a normal end crystal.
Also I died falling from the tower I'm on so I tried to go to the skyblock hub and then back to the nether, but it kicks me out to the server hub and when I go back to skyblock it resets everything, I'm on top of the tower and I haven't lost money or experience, I didn't die.

Please fix this.

No luckily I haven't lost any progress it just takes me back on top of the tower and I can't get down
