Enchanting with new lobby.

Where is the enchanting table in the new lobby? I have the Enchanting Apprentice quest but I have no clue where the enchanting table is, it says to go to the hub for help but chat is disabled.

To complete the apprentice quest you need to go to the *skyblock* hub. You can go to this hub by using your gear or end crystal in the 9th inventory slot.
