Enchanting system idea

I got a reply from the admin team saying that max levels would probably increase in the future so I had a idea recently instead of limiting to 5 or 10 make base max level 10 and add quests to increase maximum enchant level like enchants a full set of iron armour to level 5 for another 5 max level

I would love if they would add sth like this, my idea was that they add a side quest like

Enchanter 1
Task:
Efficiency V on Stone Axe, Shovel and pickaxt
Unbreaking V on all Stone tools

Reward:
Max enchant level on all Stone tools increased by 1 or 2
