Something like a unscramble the word mini game would be lots of fun for everyone and also a little prize should be included for whoever unscrambles the word in the quickest amount of time!

This is not needed in my opinion, although completeing the parkour it could maybe get you 5 EXP.

I like the parcour idea but like @Jeff_Bllkth said, depending on when you join the game you could have an advantage.
