[Egg Wars] Can I vote with lapiz rank?

Hi so my friend recently got a rank to vote for game modifiers and I wanted to get one too, but he got a pretty expensive tank and I'm only allowed to get Lapiz. Can I vote for game modifiers with Lapiz?

You only can vote for how many row hearts everyone will get. ~ Normal, Double or Triple ~ [Only for Lapiz+]. For voting how expensive they items will be and how strong ~ Hardcore, Normal or OP ~ [Only for Gold+].

And by the way, you can check all perks a certain rank gives you on the store. http://store.cubecraft.net/
Just click on "Ranks", enter your username, and click on the image above the "Buy" buttons, and a window will all perks for that rank will pop up. ;)

And some random thing: With Emerald & Obsidian you can use the command /fly, next time you see a "Fly hacker" with Emerald or Obsidian rank is because we can fly. JK you can only use it on lobbys. From my point of view, why you don't save a little money and get Diamond or Gold?
