Hey Wave Master, thanks for this suggestion.

On Bedrock we are currently in the process of having egg break effects built into egg skins, for example; a watermelon that explodes into pieces, an egg that breaks and yolk comes out. This way we can make egg skins more unique and would mean that we don't have to introduce another loot type as we feel as though eggwars is getting pretty full for loot types.

However, for Java I feel as though your suggested egg breaking system works really well as it doesn't have unique loot types due to the restrictions of Java.

I'm happy to mark this as planned although I should say this may take some time as we're very busy with many other content things. :]

Update: Egg break animations will be a staple of egg skins going forward, the recent Food Bundle has an egg break animation and our recent EggWars Rank Update features two egg break animations for the dragon & rocketship skins.
