Why did pre-gapping, or whatever it's called, removed from duels?

Same thing with drinking pots before the match 'officially' starts. I think it's probably because some players game only starts when the countdown finishes. Use to happen to me, so while they have to take the time to drink/eat the things, the other person can get a few extra hits in.

Pre gapping is useless in 1.9 anyway. Just chug mid fight
