The rule on camping is quite ambiguous. For someone to be banned for camping you will need to record them purposefully camping in several games (3 or more) and multiple warnings over a long period of time and warnings must be given in each game. The entire process of warning the player will have to be recorded as well. We don't ban someone for camping in one single game as it is considered a valid survival tactic (no matter how annoying) and banning someone for 1 month for it would be very harsh :p
