Bedrock Put restrictions on high limit

Hi guys
I wanted to suggest that cubecraft should put some limitations on high building.
I am not saying that they should make building limit lesser than now. I think it will be good idea if players get damage automatically if they stay at high distance from ground too much time and it will not bother both regular players and players who like to attack from above.
Also i have seen a lot of replies on suggestion like mine, where someone says "just record them and report them to cubecraft team"
I think this isn't right solution bc to prove someone camping you should have like 3 minutes long video and you should upload it and then make a report. Furthermore these kind of campers can be found every 3rd game and recording all them and reporting takes infinity. Also moderators will check your report in 3-6 days after reporting and they can just not accept it bc of insufficient evidence.
I hope cubecraft and you will consider and accept my suggestion

I think i delivered my opinion with wrong way. Players build to up and stay there by making small islands and you should spend extra time to get them from there, at some cases you just can't try to get them bc you will loose the game. Here some example, i don't have anything against high limits, i was talking about camping. Sry if i delivered my opinion wrongly on first message
