I don't really like the idea of spawning in shops, you'd just easily lose hunger, but I do like the idea of having donator spawns.

Wait how would it give Donors In-Game Advantages? I can only see that maybe if you choose to spawn near like a chest hotzone or something. That's like saying the Kitpvp Spawns are Not Eula Compatible because Donors can spawn in high places and use a bow while for a Non Donor, it would take many tries.

The advantage of spawning in a region where PvP is turned off and you can buy things is palpable, a Kit-PVP spawn position advantage is not. The EULA says "No more pay to win", among other things. It's borderline with Kit-PVP but would I think Mojang has more important things to do than to chase down servers for such nuances.
