The rank was yellow, *I couldn't remember the name of the rank*
Anyway I can get this replenished or am I a lost cause?

Actually, refunds can be given as long as it hasn't been more than 2 weeks since the purchase. If a player wants a refund, they need to contact the sales email with their Transaction ID and request they want.

But, the server for skyblock is no longer up. Shouldn't that donation be put towards a rank that is equal value?

My suggestion is to do as mentioned earlier and email sales@cubecraft.net to explain your issue as skyblock has not been on cubecraft in years.
