Does anyone have an easily farmable/afk skeleton farm design?

I'm not sure how to make on, because I dont know if the spawn in the air, or if the will spawn on blocks with water on them, because if not I'm not sure how to make one, otherwise I can.
Also unrelated question when it says 1 day does that mean 12 hours or 24 hours?

When I am home in 2 hours I can sent you a great skeleton farm design. This farm lets the skeletons drop from very high and kills them with falldamage. In skyblock 1 day means 24 hours :P
