Disappointed with the mods :/

I reported a player who was actually swearing with 1 another person :/
The mod said for the 1st player that he has been punished with another report
but then the 2nd player's report answer is Not enough to be punished :/

Like how?? The person is clearly caught swearing :/

The guy swearing above was the "1st" player in my thread who is already muted now
But i don't accept the reply for the reply i got :/
