No, a level 3 diamond generator is already generating diamonds every 2.5 seconds, which i think is already overpowered. If a diamond generator level 4 would be a thing, diamonds would be as easy to get as gold is.
So in my view it's a no.

If this would be added, fights will take very long because you have 3 sets of Diamond armour (example). The Diamond generator is perfectly fine right now; 3 levels and level 3 is 1 Diamond per 2,5 seconds. This could also increase the amount of campers because you could buy a Punch bow very fast and easy.
