Coding Developer Apply

Hello, I am MrDoDo. I know that there aren t any developer applications, but i am just asking if I can be one... I am 26 years old, i know JavaScript/Java/HTML and some C++ coding. I am working in one firm and i am from Croatia. This isn t long thread as you see but this is only thing that i wanted to ask. I was also on some "bigger" competitions as national/state competition. Thank you.

Ok, this was my last plugin, me and my friend stopped on it because we didn t have any help... Link: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/consoles-api-mechanics.5804/
It s coding inside of mc, I helped with it, me and jarcode, i was sometimes, he did most and i did much. I did more plugins, but they are private and deleted from bukkit/spigot - I think one is on my computer....
