The probability of getting a legendary item is smaller than getting a common item from a cubelet. Having the probability of the items you receive from cubelets being the same would for one, eradicate the purpose of the name (Legendary, Commom, etc), and two, would definitely lessen the tension and the fun of seeing what you might get.

and for future reference, please report players in the correct area on the forums (https://www.cubecraftgames.net/forums/report-a-player.24/). Evidence (video evidence is preferred) will be essential in order for the staff to decide how to bring justice to that player. :P
