If you know the players name you can report him

Spawn killing is a punishable offence, as stated in the rules, under section 1.4 - Trolling. If you have evidence of a player breaking the rule you can report him here.

It depends what type of file! CubeCraft forums work a bit weirdly, so only allowing images from upload, or other if it is labelled as I show in the screenshot below...
