Although he does mention that you'll be able to download the plots through a website, he doesn't exactly imply that Freebuild will be coming back. He does give a reason; it is too hard to maintain across multiple platforms. So I'd assume there's 7/10 chance that Freebuild won't be coming back anytime, at least anytime soon.
