cow spawner problem{bedrock}

umm i made a cow spawner /grinder with water but the cows dont spawn

the spawner is 1 block above the water if this is the problem idk

Put the spawner in the wall behind the water

I don’t know if this will help you, but for cow spawners the cows only spawn on top of the spawner unless there is room to spawn on the same y level, I’ve noticed this in my world

Just put slabs on all possible spawns that you don't want them to be.
