Could we decrease hackers using plugins?

[Story]

The thought occured to me. since we can identifiy if someone is fly hacking, could we use plugins to identifiy other common hacks.
One that would be the easiest if possible is
Anti knockback, for obvious reasons.

Hackers are a problem on the server and since there are too many for staff to handle as good as they are <3
why can't plugins do it?

Some other servers have this, one that I know of is
Hypixel, it says "Hacks have been detected on your client, you are now being watched by staff."
? could we do the same?

I know that we can report before people start spamming this, but not everyone can record a hacker, nor would the person have youtube or other media sites to upload too.
/report only works BEFORE game, we would detect the hacker during game.
