Java Choose maps

Let people who do not have rank choose the maps that are on skywars, eggwars and everything else that a long time ago was much better then.

I don't think this is a good idea, as it's one of the iron rank perks.

Exactly, if this would be implemented, iron rank is then almost as good as stone rank. Wouldn't be that fair :)

Hi! I really understand where you’re coming from, I totally agree there should be a way for stone ranks to choose a map they want to join. At the moment stone rankers can’t choose any sort of map/team size, I think this isn’t fair at all. But I disagree with this suggestion that stone ranks can choose every map they want, because as everyone said above, this will make the iron rank almost useless.

Some suggestions I’ve seen about this, which I really liked were:
- Let stone ranks choose their team size (teams of 2/4/6 etc;
- Let stone ranks choose 3 maps on a day, so they can play their favourite map everyday without playing 10 other maps.

Also cubecraft had a way for stone rankers a few years ago (you could choose a map from a few signs), I think this could be an option to add again.

i think they removed it since the amount of players went down insanely fast last few years

Yeah that’s true! I didn’t mean they should add the lobbies for every gamemode (with the signs to choose a map) back, but their are other ways of choosing maps. It was just an example that stone ranks could choose the map/team size they wanted to play on a few years ago.

honestly would love to see some way to choose maps like we used to have, its annoying to get a random map with random amount of players per team :c TD Map portals for example is my least favorite, so i just leave it every time
