Charged but don't have rank

I recently bought Gold Rank on Cubecraft on Cyber Monday. When I pressed buy after entering my parents' credit card information, it say transaction incomplete. I tried two more times and the same thing happened. The next day, I had a deduction from my parents' credit card. I checked on the server to see if I had the rank and it turned out I didn't. Please fix this problem by giving me my rank, which I paid for.

Hi! If you have a problem, please send an email to sales@cubecraft.net about this problem.
Also, you need to check your credit card holder's email to see if they will allow the purchase.
Then, it will enable you to get a rank without that error sign.

As said above, please send an email to sales@cubecraft.net. In the future, if a payment fails and you know that it has gone through transaction, please don't try purchasing the item again.
