So I Just Want to know if i changed my username all my in game progress will be lost?

Nothing will be lost, you can safely change your username.

Changing your in-game username will not affect any of your progress, If you have a rank, you will still have it.

As said above, none of your data will be lost when changing your username, as all your statistics et cetera are assigned to your UUID, a never changing code. :)
