I posted a thread like this

a while ago and there was a lot of demand for a challenge system, so I would like to propose a challenge system in this thread.

1. What is the challenge system?
The challenge system consists of two types: daily challenges and weekly challenges, with multiple challenges for each game.

2. How to check the challenge?
I created a simple UI
Choose between daily and weekly challenges

Are the "Challenge points" currency to buy challenge-exclusive items or something? Because if so, I hope the rewards will be a little expensive if its this simple to gain those points. Otherwise everyone can just claim the items by completing like 4 quests (assuming the prices would be like 10 points).

But regardless, I really like this system! Hopefully they bring the challenges back this way, or in any kind of way tbh xD

Thank you for the insight! To clarify how the "Challenge Points" would work, I’ve designed a system where points can be exchanged for either Exclusive Cosmetics/Prefixes or Experience points. (Note: This is a one-way exchange; you cannot trade experience points back into Challenge Points).

Regarding the pricing, I’ve categorized the rewards into 4 tiers to ensure that high-end rewards remain rare and valuable.

I’ve summarized the details in this table:

To keep the game balanced, I’ve set a daily limit of 30 Challenge Points. This prevents a huge gap between players who grind all day and those who only play certain games, making the system fairer for everyone.

In addition, I have introduced a Difficulty System for the challenges.

Daily Challenges: Available in Easy and Medium.
Weekly Challenges: Available in Easy, Medium, and Hard.

While the "Challenge Points" rewarded remain the same across all difficulties, the amount of Experience points changesbased on the challenge level. This ensures that while everyone can earn points at a steady pace, those who take on harder tasks are rewarded with more progress toward their player level.


I’m planning to add these points to my suggestion. What do you think?

The 30 point cap is perfect. That will really keep the balance between competitive and casual players. And I'm assuming there will be some kind of item shop purely made for the challenge points right? If so, it should be within the server, because using an external website would be a bit too much, especially for bedrock edition. Specifically for people playing on something other then a PC.

Also, if you ran into your 30 point cap, can you still complete challenges to gain the XP? or are all the challenges just out of order? Because if you can only get max 30 points with all the challenges completed, what would be the point of setting a cap if you can't gain more points then the set cap.

I really hope that they will bring back the challenges soon.

To access the shop where you spend Challenge Points, use the Social Menu. Upon opening the Social Menu, you will see options for Friends, Parties, Profile, and Ignore. Select Profile to see the screen shown in the image.

Ohhh thats sick! I love this idea man!

Though I'm not 100% sure if the staff likes the idea of a challenge item shop :/
I mean, I sure as heck love it, but I can't do much about it lol

This thread is not at all linked to that other thread. That one is talking about Forum ranks/badges. This one is talking about adding a challenge system into the server itself. That's completely different. Where did you get the idea that it was linked to each other?

If you were talking about adding extra badges that are obtainable via this system, that would be not necessary at all in my opinion. The linked thread is talking about ranks/badges of in game ranks and badges players already have. And they can show them off on the forums as a badge under their name.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. I am going to further explain why I think the two ideas could be connected.

The forum ranks/badges idea started from the idea of linking your in-game account to your forum one. If the badges were actually added, a way to earn some of them could be by purchasing them in the challenge shop suggested in this thread, so that they would not just be a reward for paid tiers.

That's where I saw the link between the two suggestions. It's just a way to further extend the hypothetical challenge-shop.

Hope this is useful to better understand what I had in mind. Thanks for pointing it out so I could be more precise.
