Coding Cape Mod

I'm currently working on a Cape Mod, should I make it public? So everyone can download it and upload their own capes?

I would advise you optimise it for 1.9-1.11 as well

1.9 Please. Will the people with the mod see other people who is using the mod too?

If that's how you want it, suggestion, have a cloud full of the capes and then have the local player download the image if there is an uuid with the mod and a registered name on the cloud. Just suggesting, not exactly a tech wiz, but I heard it can be done.
