Can't buy kits

Hey guys, I've been on this server a bit and finally got enough points to get the archer class for skywars. When i got it, it said kit purchased!!! Then i tried to use it in a game but it said i didn't have access to it. So i went back and bought it multiple times, all of which it never took away my points but said i got it. Also, it stayed green so it didn't even register. I have about 926 and it costs 900. I would really appreciate the help. Thanks!

Also, i'm sorry if this wasn't the right thread, i was't sure where to put it.... And i tried other kits, and i wasn't able to buy any kit, though i have enough for all.
